The San Francisco headquartered Fintech company Ripple is still bullish with its initial initiatives, without any caring about the ongoing legal hurdles & significant downturn in the crypto market.
Ripple is a crypto company, which is popularly known as a Fintech company in the whole world because of its efficient cross-border payment services, which allow global small & big businesses to transfer funds from one country to another without any high cost & hurdle. Ripple uses its XRP token’ global trade liquidity to facilitate cross-border transactions.
In the latest, Ripple Lab invited new talents to contribute to the Ripple-backed & frontend operations. The new hiring by this company is looking for talents in the design and marketing team, managing the company’s websites.
Every recruitment position requires unique talent, for example, some of the main talents are responsible candidates for guiding technology decisions and implementing different strategies. Interested Candidates should also have deep web development knowledge with better leadership & communication qualities.
Earlier this, one of the Ripple officials said that Ripple will keep hiring new talents to increase its backend & frontend operations smoothly in critical market situations, which makes it different from other crypto companies.
It is worth noting that, in the last 2-3 months, many Crypto companies like Coinbase, OpenSea, and BlockFi & also big names reduced their staff to sustain the company financially under the bearish season of the crypto sector.
Ripple vs SEC
Since December 2020, Ripple is facing regulatory hurdles because of a lawsuit that was initiated by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Through the lawsuit, the SEC claimed that the XRP token is a security and should be registered with the agency.
The latest development reports noted that Ripple is in a better situation to win the case against the SEC agency.
