The co-founder of the Ethereum blockchain explained why cryptocurrencies are a better bet over yellow metal Investment.

Vitalik Buterin is the co-founder of the popular second-ranked crypto blockchain network Ethereum. Vitalik is not only a founder of Ethereum but also a popular crypto personality because of his contribution to the crypto sector as a leader. 

On 27 October, During a Twitter thread discussion about Whether crypto assets are better than Gold. Vitalik responded and said that Crypto assets have several advantages like easy transaction & secure storage over yellow metal, so it is better to bet on Cryptocurrencies instead of Gold. 

“Gold is incredibly inconvenient. It’s difficult to use, particularly when transacting with untrusted parties. It doesn’t support safe storage options like multi-sig. At this point, gold has less adoption than crypto, so crypto is the better bet.”

Gold vs Bitcoin 

The world population believes that Gold is the best investment choice because it is a God asset and its value will always remain ready to fight against inflation. But it is worth noting that Gold is only high over the last 40 days of the time frame, which is not very interesting for Gold Investors.

In the last couple of years, Few reports noted that people are moving toward Bitcoin, instead of choosing gold because the majority of the people are looking at Bitcoin as a long-term investment, to get a better amount of profit.

Robert Kiyosaki, financial advisor & author of the Rich Dad Poor Dad book, also supports Bitcoin alongside Gold, Silver & Real-estate. Kiyosaki himself is a Bitcoiner and he also suggests people go with Bitcoin Investment but at a perfect time instead to buy at a high price blindly.
