Binance is a first ranked Crypto exchange, in terms of 24 hours global Crypto trade volume on its platform. The services of this exchange are available almost in every country either directly or via subsidiaries.
On 18 Jan 2023, Binance exchange announced that the exchange secured full virtual asset service providers (VASPs) regulatory approval from the authorities of Poland.
“Binancians in Poland that comes with the knowledge that the services being offered to them are fully compliant with local regulatory standards for virtual asset service providers (VASPs).”

Earlier this, in July 2021, Binance faced a warning from the Poland financial supervision authority because at that time exchange was not regulated in the country but now it is free from all such issues.

FinCen, Bitzlato, Money laundering & Binance
Recently the US FinCen agency issued an order that identifies that the Bitzlato Crypto exchange was linked with illegal Crypto transactions & money laundering activities in Russia and Binance was one of the counterparties of the Bitzlato exchange.
Binance provides services in the US via a fully independent subsidiary BinanceUS, so the jurisdiction of the US does not apply to this exchange but still, the exchange will reach the US authorities to find out the root of illegal activities that happened with the help of the Bitzlato exchange.
Through the issued order, FinCen aims to stop all the Crypto & non-Crypto companies to prohibit any kinds of crypto transactions via Bitzlato.
