Through a new filing, Tesla CEO confirmed that Evan Spencer knew that the Dogecoin lawsuit is based on a false premise & nothing.
Elon Musk is the CEO of Tesla, and SpaceX and also the owner of some big giant companies. For the last few years, Musk has been active in the crypto sector as a Dogecoin proponent. He invests in Bitcoin, Ethereum, & Dogecoin. Because of Musk’s support, Dogecoin surged by several folds. In June 2022, Keith Johnson accused Elon Musk & Tesla firm as the Dogecoin price manipulator.
Through the latest court filing, Tesla legal experts said that Dogecoin lawsuit representative lawyers are aware that the plaintiff’s case is based on a false premise before he lodged his claims.
Through the Dogecoin lawsuit, the plaintiff claimed that Elon Musk sold a very big amount of Dogecoin when Dogecoin was trading at its peak.
Through the filing, Tesla attorneys clarified that the mentioned Dogecoin wallet or crypto addresses don’t belong to Musk’s wallet.

Because of the latest news regarding the Dogecoin lawsuit, the Dogecoin trade price plunged by more than 7% within a couple of hours.
The current trade price of Dogecoin is $0.69 & this trade price is 0.5% down over the last 24 hours’ trade price.
