Vivek Ramaswamy confirmed that he has plans to issue a regulatory framework for the crypto sector to help this innovative sector evolve perfectly under clear laws.
Vivek Ramaswamy is 38 years old successful American entrepreneur, & presidential candidate. In 2024, he founded Roivant Sciences, a pharmaceutical company, and announced for the US 2024 presidential election candidacy for the Republican Party nomination in Feb of this year. Vivek is an Indian origin person, as his parents are Tamil-speaking Brahmins from Kerala.
On 20 Sep 2023, Speaking with the Messari CEO during Messari’s Mainnet crypto conference, Vivek Ramaswamy said that he has plans to release a Crypto policy framework to help the Crypto sector to evolve under the jurisdiction of the US without facing huge legal hurdles, as crypto companies facing currently.
The discussion during the conference touches on the matter of the Crypto sector’s involvement in digital finance & the enforced regulatory crackdown by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against the crypto companies blindly without any rules & laws. The discussion also targets how the SEC agency slowed down the progress of the crypto sector via enforcement actions.
US presidential candidate Vivek shared his opinion on the crypto regulatory efforts and said that the government should interfere in this sector to regulate.
According to the GOP candidate, the majority of the political power is in the hands of those people who never complete their promises and also they sit behind SEC agency buildings.
Vivek invited people to share their views & opinions on what should be the main points that they want to see in the US crypto regulatory framework.
This is not the first time Vivek talked about the Crypto sector. Earlier in August of this year, he shared his happiness when popular digital assets fund manager Grayscale scored a regulatory win against the US SEC in the court.
