The exchange has received a positive response, with multiple people offering support and engaging in various discussion channels.

Focus on Asset Recovery

WazirX’s immediate goal is to work diligently on recovering the stolen assets. The exchange is leveraging all available resources and collaborating with various crypto entities to trace and recover the stolen funds.

As the situation develops, WazirX remains focused on ensuring the security of its platform and the safety of its users’ assets.

This incident is likely to push Indian financial regulators to introduce stricter rules for cryptocurrency exchanges. The large amount of money involved and the high-profile nature of the hack could lead to more scrutiny and new security guidelines for digital asset platforms. Regulators may also demand better reporting and compliance measures to prevent future hacks and protect investors.
