On 15 Jan 2025, Tron ($TRX) founder Justin Sun announced the launch of the new version of $USDD stablecoin with an annual yield of 20%.
Justin Sun assured that it is secured & the interest reward will be transferred by the TRONDAO on a transparent public crypto address in advance. As per the report, they will give a 20% yield by using the earnings generated from different sources.

However, this high-yield stablecoin looks attractive enough, but here, people need to know what the guarantee is that it will not fail like TerraUSD stablecoin, a top stablecoin that collapsed badly in May 2022.

On the same day, Justin responded to all questions raised in the form of criticism and said that people should stop asking from where the yield will come. He said that he has lots of money.
